Since 1989, Chancey Design Partnership (CDP) has provided architecture, interior design and planning services to the health care industry. Our work has included new ground up projects, departmental relocations, renovations and additions of all sizes, interior fit ups, facility planning and facility management documentation. Depending on client preference project delivery can be contracted as Design/Build, Joint Venture, Design/Bid/Build , or Turnkey Developments. CDP will organize the approach that best suits the specific needs of the client. CDP also offers procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment, engineering and accredited energy and environmental assessment and design (LEED consulting services).

Architecture
	CDP offers full architectural services from design through construction. We can create a custom building for exclusive occupancy by the Owner or in combination with leasable, revenue generating tenant space.

Interior Design
	Unlike “decorating” Interior Design does not start and end with the selection of paint color, drapery fabric and carpeting. CDP interiors are fully integrated with the architecture and they extend beyond it to embrace the psychology of the user and make the space an experience.

Planning
	It’s critical to know what you have to work with before you commit significant resources. In the earliest stage of thinking about your project CDP, through planning & analysis, can help you investigate the potential of property before you purchase.

Environmental Assessment - LEED Design Services

There is an increasingly strong desire in our culture to be environmentally responsible. The impact will eventually be felt by every type of business throughout our country. It does not have to cost a great deal of money to have a building that is responsible but it can cost a business a great deal if it has to compete with a negative perception. CDP can show you the options and maximize the impact of your good environmental decisions.
