 ABSTRACT

This session will summarize the results of two studies of Radiologist Assistant contributions to medical imaging departments. The profiles identify examples of tasks that radiologist assistants can perform to improve the quality of health care delivery to medical imaging patients. The studies document time savings for the radiologists when radiologist assistants perform these tasks.
